By purchasing, accessing, or using any services provided by TheBRHub ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to EngageCore CRM & Marketing Automation platform ("Service" or "Platform"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). EngageCore is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing CRM, marketing automation, lead management, website hosting, appointment scheduling, and related business growth tools. The Platform includes multiple products and pricing tiers designed for local service businesses, entrepreneurs, and agencies.

Services are offered on a subscription basis with monthly or annual billing cycles. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee at the beginning of each billing period.
Current pricing is available at thebrhub.com/engagecore-crm-marketing-automation. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice to existing customers. Price changes will take effect at your next billing cycle.
Your subscription will automatically renew for successive periods equal to your original subscription term unless you cancel before the renewal date. You are responsible for canceling your subscription if you do not wish to continue.
For Services purchased by credit card or other accepted payment methods, you expressly agree that TheBRHub is permitted to invoice and charge your payment account for:
Fees, taxes, and related charges will be billed to the payment method you provide when payment is due. You agree to allow TheBRHub, our affiliates, or service providers to process and store your payment information securely.

All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in these Terms. Setup fees and one-time charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to maintain its accuracy.
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA) and telecommunications regulations.

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Platform. We do not claim ownership of your customer data, content, or business information.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure, and you acknowledge the inherent risks of data transmission over the internet.
While we maintain regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of critical data.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be scheduled during off-peak hours when possible.
Support is provided during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM PST) via email and support ticket system. Response times vary based on your subscription level.
The Service, including all software, content, trademarks, and intellectual property, remains the exclusive property of TheBRHub. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription term.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheBRHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for:
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
